Welcome to the sixth month in the Year of the Supernatural. Happy new month!
What the Lord is saying to us in this month of June can be found in Psalm 66:3: “Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee”.
It takes power for the enemy to submit. Your power level will determine the submission level of your adversaries. As you increase in power, the enemy is bound to submit to you. In this month of June, God wants us to increase in power. We can correlate this with Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents
and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you”. Serpents and scorpions are used here to represent the
enemy.
Jesus is saying in this scripture that he has given us power. We have power over all principalities, authorities and thrones of darkness which submit unto us. We also have the assurance that while exercising this dominion, we cannot be hurt.
As you go in this month, nothing shall by any means hurt you. God has given you power and authority over all the activities of satan and his agents. As such, this breaking month has been christened for every Highlander and all those connected to the Highland Commission as our Month of Power.
In this June, we are being reminded of our authority in Christ, Jesus. We
must therefore exercise same over the forces of darkness. Wherever you go, operate from the place of power. I encourage you to consciously make efforts to increase in power. Wait upon the Lord. Pray in the Holy Ghost. Engage in any other spiritual activity that will increase your power in the Lord.
This is so that anywhere you go in the month of June, you can exercise this power and authority. When you speak, your word becomes the law because you have increased in power. I pray that the authority of heaven shall back you up all through this month.
May the blessings of God and the strange manifestations of His favour
continue to be your portion! Everything you lay your hands upon this June shall blossom and be on the increase in the name of Jesus.
