Operation Matt 6:33 – But seek ye first the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you

This is the current evangelism exercise of Highland Church geared towards populating God’s kingdom with souls in need of redemption and salvation. Since the launch of this Operation on June 18, 2022, Highlanders have heartily keyed in, thereby giving vent to the heartbeat of God, which soul-winning represents.

We are quick to spread the good news of salvation because we’ve been saved to save others, and it is another way of following in the footsteps of the Master who declared in John 10:16, “other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd”.

Bringing lost souls into the fold of Christ qualifies us to have the basic needs identified in Matthew 6:31 settled in accordance with God’s promise to those who prioritize Kingdom business. The scripture is infallible! It’s therefore in your best interest to join the train of Jesus marketers as we collectively tell the world about him come July 2 and 16, 2022 at 8am.

Do note that Op Matt 6:33 is also executed at the personal level through the prayerful distribution of handbills and tracts to persons you come across and inviting them to Highland Church where the Spirit of the Lord ever-present in our service will convict them of their sins, and bring them into everlasting life.

When Jesus told her what no one else knew about her past, the Samaritan woman in John 4:28-29 left her business at the Well to go about announcing Jesus to people in town. She told her people: “Come and see…”

There is now a clarion call for us to be like this woman at the Well in an Operation like the one embarked upon by this Samaritan after hearing the words of Christ. It’s called Operation Come and See!

Having encountered Jesus Christ and the Power of God in Highland Church, it behooves us to go around our neighbourhood inviting people to come and enjoy what we are enjoying in Highland Church.

Doing this will bring you so much rewards and fulfillment because that is what it means to bear fruits. John 15:16, Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

Highlanders pound the streets for Operation Come and See every Saturday as from 4pm. The meeting point is at Goshen from where we go do the work of an evangelist. Do well to join the soul winning team.
