HCI Director Speaks on Greater Works Conference

The Director in charge of Highland Church International (HCI), Pastor Oluwaseun Agunbiade has shed more light on the first-of-its-kind Greater Works Conference coming up on July 31, 2021. The time for this virtual summit is 3pm GMT+1 and attendance is open to all.

The idea behind the Greater Works Conference is to let our diaspora brethren know that they are in for greater accomplishments than they have already recorded. This Conference will help them understand that whatever they have accomplished by residing in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Middle East etc is not the ultimate. There is something bigger for them to accomplish and to also help them see how to realize this.

Speaking from his residence in Canada, Pastor Oluwaseun said: “By the last Saturday in the month, we will be having the Greater Works Conference. This great event will be hosted by Highland Church International with the Senior Pastor of Highland Church Worldwide, Pastor Joseph Aborowa, ministering.

During this meeting, the Holy Ghost will move in a mighty way to impact every one of our members in the Diaspora. As of today, our members are spread across Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Ghana, Hungary, outside the Lagos Headquarters Church in Nigeria. We are also reaching out to prospective members in Scotland and other parts of the world.

We are believing that the hand of God shall move mightily, that there shall be signs, wonders and miracles in the name of Jesus. The Holy Spirit wants to use this Greater Works programme for the establishment of Highland Church International, and to reach out to the lost souls across the world.

This event will impact a lot of us in the Diaspora and will serve as another wine of the Holy Spirit to revive our spirit-man. Lukewarm attitude to the things of God is one of the challenges faced by those of us in the West because the people are comfortable. The government caters for the many basic things of life. This can in some ways douse the spiritual fire.

So, I am trusting God that this Greater Works Conference will ignite a deep hunger and thirst for a higher infilling of the Holy Spirit for our refreshing in His presence. It’s my prayer that the Lord Almighty will use this programme for His own glory, Amen!”
