Welcome to the fourth month of the year, 2021. We give God praise for his grace and loving kindness. Thank Him for all he has done for you.
What is the Lord saying to us in this month of April? It can be found in Romans 8:11: But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
Thank God that the Spirit so powerful to raise Jesus from the dead is in us. By this in-dwelling, our mortal body comes alive. The Holy Spirit which raised Jesus from the dead, energises our mortal body to do beyond its ability.
The world is celebrating Easter in this April. It is a month of resurrection and life. The greatest mistake of the adversary called the devil was to orchestrate the crucifixion of Jesus. The bible says the Holy Spirit went into that grave and raised Jesus from the dead. This has rendered the devil powerless over us.
This month, the Lord is saying to us: if the same spirit which raised Jesus from the dead dwells in your spirit and life, that same Spirit will revitalize and supply life to your mortal body. I therefore call on every member of Highland Church and whoever accepts this message, to declare in this month of April that “I am alive”.
Unlike previous months which are named, we are making a Confession this time around. April is a month of declaration and you must assert that “*I am alive!”. *
Just like the Spirit of God raised Jesus from the dead, you are alive. Our anchor scripture was clear that the same spirit dwells in you. Everything that pertaining to you therefore lives. Your business lives. Your career lives. There is life in your marriage and family. Nothing dies in your hands. All through this April, say your name and add “is alive”. For example ; *JOSEPH IS ALIVE
This is the month you’ve been waiting for; it comes with life and joy. It is a month of celebration. In this Easter month, you are alive. Confess that you are alive in all areas and you will surely be. Whatever is dead around you, I prophesy life upon such situations.
